Job Responsibilities

The Senior Manager (Strategic Planning and Transformation) will have the opportunity to work closely with Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL)’s senior management to review and set the company’s vision, mission, branding and core values. He or she will partner TAL’s business units closely to identify key areas for transformation, develop plans and strategies and build new capabilities to achieve strong and effective business outcomes. He or she will also need to develop and drive the strategic planning cycle and organisational strategy roadmap, which will include horizon scanning to understand emerging trends and regular strategic business reviews and priority settings for TAL and its business units.

Job Requirements

Suitable candidate should possess the following experiences, skills and attributes:

  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in policy or planning, corporate strategy development or equivalent experience. Experience in stakeholder engagement and co-creation of solutions will be an advantage 
  • Curiosity to understand an issue deeply and the tenacity and perseverance to find solutions to the challenges highlighted
  • Embody the ‘can-do’ spirit and a positive and growth mindset
  • Strong ability to adopt a forward looking and strategic perspective of the big picture; yet sufficiently grounded to understand the constraint of ground implications, so as to propose realistic and implementable solutions
  • Strong ability to analyse and contextualise issues to effectively make recommendations on strategic moves
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills to establish connections with a larger number of internal and external stakeholders
  • Data and AI skills would be an advantage
