Job Responsibilities

The job holder will be part of the Strategy Planning and Customer Experience team in the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

The selected candidate will be required to:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align business requirements and support the delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and related initiatives
  • Support project delivery by understanding business requirements, assessing operational and system impact, and bridging communication between users and technical teams
  • Drive AI automation and transformation initiatives by working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, align priorities, and support implementation of AI-enabled process improvements where possible
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure data is migrated accurately, completely and in a timely manner during system implementation and enhancement projects
  • Support execution of system maintenance activities
  • Monitor and report KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, as well as data security regulations
  • Prepare and seek funding approvals for internal system development
  • Plan, track and manage budget allocated
  • Oversee other general administration and compliance as required

Job Requirements

  • Excellent project management capabilities with experience in planning, tracking, budgeting, governance and risk mitigation across system-related initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across users, business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to secure alignment and buy-in
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements, assess operational and system impact, monitor KPIs, and support issue resolution
  • Ability to drive AI automation and transformation initiatives with stakeholders, with proficiency in using AI tools where applicable to improve processes and ways of working
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in Agile project environments to support system enhancement, integration and implementation initiatives
  • Good understanding of system implementation processes, including integration, maintenance and data migration considerations
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both writing and verbally, including the ability to bridge communication between users and technical teams
