Job Responsibilities

This role supports the smooth and effective operations of the Corporate & Strategy Development unit by overseeing administrative, operational and governance functions. The role ensures efficient branch management, coordinates corporate planning activities, monitors resources and budgets, supports procurement and contract administration, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

  • Board secretariat support: Support board and committee secretariat functions, including coordination of meeting schedules, preparation and collation of meeting materials, minute-taking, tracking of action items and maintaining proper governance records.
  • Budget monitoring and governance: Support expenditure tracking, budget monitoring and documentation for office administration, staff welfare and corporate support activities, ensuring proper records and compliance with internal processes.
  • Stakeholder and vendor coordination: Serve as a key liaison for administrative and corporate services matters by coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure timely follow-through.
  • Records management: Maintain corporate records and support knowledge management practices to facilitate information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Corporate services operations: Support the smooth delivery of corporate services operations, including office administration, facilities coordination, procurement of office-related supplies and services, and workplace maintenance, to ensure a safe, efficient and conducive work environment.
  • Administrative and logistical support: Coordinate administrative and logistical arrangements for internal meetings, corporate events, visits and engagement sessions, including venue bookings, refreshments, parking arrangements and support for hosting local and overseas guests.
  • Process improvement and digitalisation: Contribute to process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, special projects and assignments that support organisational effectiveness and service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary Education in any discipline, preferably in business, communications, social sciences, public administration or a related field
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on details and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate services environment.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors and service providers professionally.
  • Proactive, resourceful and service-oriented, with a positive learning attitude, sound judgement and willingness to support a broad range of corporate and administrative functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Copilot or other digital productivity tools would be an advantage.
